Best Best & only Best in giving news

It takes for ever to swipe and swipe and swipe until you reach the cities that start with S, T and V. Please change the layout back to vertical.

Not sure what developers or content managers were smoking when releases this version. It keeps refreshing the page or crashing in middle of reading. User has to keep scrolling back.

Too many graphic and skin clad pictures... no substantial news or coverage... just Bollywood and movie star gossips filled content to gets reader attention.

I highly recommend this app, I get my news every morning from a different perspective !!

Too many annoying Ads

Its My favourite paper. But They use too abbreviations and never explain what they stand for. I am going to NDTV.

Beware of this "news" app. They claim the age group as 12+ but there are articles that are titled "Best positions for sexual intercourse"! How is that appropriate for a 13 year old! Thats not Journalism.

I not sure why this app is showing very offensive stuff not good for kids, I love the app for news but life style and on top theyve adds now which are very nasty and gross.... On top there is no setting to avoid this vulgar stuff from the app.

Working as expected

The following should be fixed: Font size for main tabs is not adjustable.. it is too small for some people. The small picture thumbnails on the main index are waste of space. There is no landscape view. Too many ads. Some are in poor taste like the one about NRIs annoying habits Same news appears in different tabs. App freezes sometimes on playing video. There could be a Reader mode for news just like Safari browser. Some pictures never load. Reader comments hang or do not load always. Font size setting does not work for reader comments. Sometimes reader comments submit action does not work. It just responds with a failure.

The app keeps refreshing all the time... even when you are reading an article and have scrolled suddenly the page refreshes and you go back to the top.. this starting happening after latest upgrade ... Yes I still see the same problem.. tried on several screen. Refresh seems to be slower. Live feed is really horrible to read. Within seconds it refreshes. Also Joe noticing on top stories several stories repeat.

Doesnt work even on 4G. Fix this

TOI app is well sorted and provides good updates all the day. They also provide news storys both morning and evening which we missed.

Its weird that main news sometimes only in video. You cant watch videos all the time. Instead there should be text and keep video as well within it so if someone wants they can play. Design is poor. Cant believe Indias largest and oldest English media house cant develop simple and robust news app in this day and age.

In the times of modern India, the so-called biggest news source can’t come-up with a stable app. Crashes every now-then, boring outlook, no option to report spammers in comment section (so there is no proper discussion between interested people). Very basic thing about an app is it should not crash often. Such stupid channel ignoring the demand for news app in New India.
